Summary

I met Jaime Henle at a weekend retreat I ran back in 2022 in North Carolina. Jaime had no idea what she was getting into, walking into a room with the hope of, "a relaxing weekend with meditation." Well, she did get that to some extent, but she got a LOT more. Jaime had been suffering from chronic back pain since her first daughter was born, and in retrospect, many other TMS symptoms over the years. 0:27.0	So today I got a real treat, which is I got to hang out with Jamie who has been to my omega retreat a couple years in a row and who I met at a weekend
0:39.6	retreat I did a few years back at the Art of Living Retreat Center in North Carolina, but the reason
0:45.1	it's such a treat for me to hang out with Jamie is Jamie is a person who I have seen go from having literally no idea what this work was when she arrived at the
0:57.6	Art of Living Retreat Center she had never heard of me or anything that I do. She just was
1:01.9	looking for a weekend retreat to kind of stretch her leg.
1:06.4	She saw the cure for chronic pain. She was experiencing some chronic back pain and she's like,
1:11.2	okay, I guess why not?
1:12.6	And it just opened her world to things
1:16.8	that she had no idea where it was about to completely
1:19.9	change her life.
1:20.5	So I love those kind of serendipitous things and then Jamie ended up coming to
1:24.5	omega, you know meeting friends for life. She came back last summer and she'll be back this summer with
1:29.9	us June 23rd to the 28th at the Omega Institute.
1:34.4	So the reason I had her jump on with me
1:36.9	particularly this week is because, and I was saying this to her,
1:41.5	you'll hear us talking about it.
