1:37.3 | but she did not know this stuff she was really locked in that fear cycle and then as her journey progressed in her 20s she lost both of her parents within a very short time span and was her mother's carer as she was battling cancer. So Alice was going through a lot, tremendous grief, which is obviously a really powerful human experience and one that can lead to a lot of fear and a lot of stuck emotions if you don't know what to do with it. |

2:02.1 | having children and then an adult ADHD diagnosis which really also helped her put a lot of the pieces of the puzzle together. |
