| 0:25.0 | So today we're going to talk a little bit about anxiety and whenever I say anxiety, I always have to say it's not in a vacuum that we have anxiety. |
| 0:37.0 | And anxiety and back pain and migraines and chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia and all the things, all the things we talk about here and we don't, I'm not, I'm not downplaying any of these diagnoses. |
| 0:52.0 | But in my 20 plus years of doing this work, I have found that they are interchangeable that you can start with back pain, it can morph to anxiety, you could move into some headaches, you could, as long as you understand what's going on with the brain science behind it. |
| 1:06.0 | With the nervous system dysregulation, you're going to be okay. |
| 1:11.0 | Wherever this finds you, but today we're going to talk about anxiety because I always, I always have my finger on the pulse of what you need. |

| 1:22.0 | I have my journal speak community on Facebook. |
| 1:24.0 | I have my new membership community that I'll talk about in a second. |
| 1:28.0 | And I have my interactions with the world as you know, the world is open back up. |
| 1:33.0 | I'm traveling a lot and I'm talking to people and interacting with new people all the time and people are always so concerned about anxiety disorders. |
| 1:43.0 | And what kind of disorder they have and how disorder they feel. |
| 1:48.0 | And so as part of this podcast today, I'm going to replay a clip from a podcast I did in December 2020. |
| 1:56.0 | So you will hear some references to pandemic and to blue dog and to things that are no longer. |
| 2:03.0 | And it's called anxiety is not a disorder. |
| 2:05.0 | And I think what I really wanted to say back then that I want to reiterate now is, I think our greatest space for healing is when we bring our nervous systems to center. |
| 2:18.0 | And I feel like I'm going to deal with what's in front of us, which is symptoms and challenges and issues with the day to day without meeting to disorder it. |
