Eating is meant to be a source of connection and joy, but it can also be a source of

memories from really bad experiences, body image challenges,

So what I want to talk about first is that there's a fundamental of being a human when it comes to, you know, functioning.

ourselves to do those things this is typically just an expected part of the deal. But what I want to talk about isn't the, you know, what anybody's eating or how anybody's eating. I want to talk about that even though it's a basic human need,
