Lately, many of Lisa and my conversations have been focused on the essential role of MINDSET in transforming chronic pain. Today on the podcast, we revisit an episode that got a ton of great feedback last winter when it first came out. In it, I discussed a bout of severe wrist pain that came out of nowhere, what it could have meant for me if I didn't understand TMS, and the mindset I immediately inhabited to pull myself out of it quickly. There is no example like oneself as it relates to learning and teaching, and here I come to you with a very personal experience. I hope it helps you shift you own mindset in some small way that moves you forward on this path! XOXO n. ONLY A FEW DAYS LEFT! In honor of our new site launch - every course, retreat recording, meditation, and offering (aside from our new Sarno x Sachs practitioner training) will be 30% off until the July 31st, 2024.
