1:11.5	launch of my book, Mind Your Body, something that has been in many ways 20 years in the making.
1:20.0	Many of you know that I do have the first book that I published. I published it's called The Meaning of Truth. I published it first in 2012. I rewrote the whole thing and published a second edition in 2016.
1:33.8	But the reason that this book is really a first,
1:36.2	mind your body is really a first,
1:37.5	is that the meaning of truth was self-published,
1:39.8	which means I did all the work, put it out there, and it really did make an impact, but nothing makes
1:47.6	an impact like a book that is going to be translated into languages all over the world and really widely dispersed.
1:55.8	And so this book is still, although it is my second book, it is a first, and it's so, so significant and I'm really excited to share why and and just
