| 1:24.8 | festus' hands for a formal charge. But this prisoner has appealed his case to |
| 1:30.0 | Caesar, which means he will be sent to Rome. |

| 1:34.4 | It doesn't appear that he's committed a real crime. |
| 1:37.5 | Instead, Jewish charges against him |
| 1:40.1 | seem like divides in religion, not in disobedience to Roman law. |
