0:30.0	Currently we are studying 1 Corinthians and today we will be in 1st

0:43.0	To start off, I want to paint for you a little mental picture.
0:46.6	Imagine growing up, you are told you had an inheritance
0:49.8	to look forward to once you reached a certain age. Let's just say 50 years old. As you get
0:55.9	older you look forward to this golden age where you suddenly you will have funds
1:00.9	to finally visit Europe or buy your dream home.
1:05.0	Throughout your early adulthood, your thoughts are consumed with what life will be like on this momentous day
1:11.0	when you finally unlock the treasure allotted to you. But what happens if you get
1:16.1	to 50 and then you realize it was a scam? You wake up on your birthday and nothing changes. No inheritance is unlocked. It was a lie.
1:25.6	As Christians we look forward to the certainty of eternity. The momentous moment
1:31.9	where we will finally come home and rest with our Savior, where there will be no more tears, no more pain, and no more sorrow.
1:40.0	We look forward to never- ending peace and everlasting joy.
1:43.9	Our hope is secure in Jesus.
