some of the bold predictions, and they've kind of turned out? Could I see your hands? I'll show you some of that today.

And what we're going to do is this, I'm going to give you a big perspective.

I'm going to arm you with this stats. You're going to be kind of surprised to see where we actually are.

And it's wild because I've never seen the real estate business more confused.

And I talk to the leaders of real estate. I talk to the heads of the industry.

I talk to the heads of Nair and all the different pieces. And then we have obviously the largest

coaching network in the world. And we listen to brokers. And we listen to people who own

regional companies. And we listen to the agents. And in my 39 years doing this, I've never

seen people who have less visibility and less clarity

on what's actually taking place because there's so much information coming at us.

Would you guys agree?

So when I give you this data, the reason why I'm able to predict the market so well is I'm actually just pointing out what's actually there. Does that make sense? Kind of behind the scenes, I'm like the magician showing you how the magic's done. It's not that bold. But there's a number of people, and then you'll see the folks now who are in, you know, there's a lot of trainers in real estate who never sold a house in their life, and they'll go, hey, these predictions and all of stuff, there's just guesses. Well, it's guesses for them because they don't have a clue. It's not guesses for us. We've been doing this a long, long time. So I'm going to empower you today. I'm going to give you data you can believe in today. Adjust your business strategy today. And then show you how to win in this market. Let me say this. I'm very, very hopeful about where the market is and especially where it's going. I'm going to arm you with some things today, dialogues, tools, and techniques, a few resources, and a whole bunch of data to get you down the path. Does that make sense to you?
