nutritionist. You have the perfect most rounded credentials and skill set that I personally think

is like the most important on the planet right now because of our mental

illness issues and our mental health issues that are just rampant. Can you tell us a little bit about

yourself how you got into psychiatry and nutrition and cooking and what you are seeing in the
