0:28.8	Tiffany here and today we get to spend some more time in the Psalms.
0:33.5	If you remember, yesterday we spoke briefly about the two Choras mentioned in first chronicles.
0:39.9	When we saw in chapter 2, verse 43, and 1 we will get to tomorrow in chapter 6, verse 37.
0:47.7	Each of the Psalms we chapter today are written by the sons or descendants of Chora who
0:53.2	rebelled against Moses back in number 16.
0:57.4	This is the Chora found in first chronicles 637.
1:02.4	So these Psalms are a day or two early in our plan, but they will point our hearts toward
1:08.2	the Lord and His plan of redemption nonetheless.
1:12.4	We also want to remember that we don't know specifically when these Psalms were written.
1:17.8	King David appointed the sons of Chora as musicians as the people worshiped at the tabernacle
1:24.0	and in preparation for the building of the temple.
1:27.6	So they could have been written in the early years of David's reign and also into the
1:32.7	reign of Solomon who eventually built the temple.
1:36.6	These Psalms have been placed here in our reading plan to logically follow the genealogy
1:41.9	in first chronicles, but the truths they share transcend time.
