0:36.0	Like other minor prophets, Habakkuk is easy to flip right past as it's only three short

0:43.0	But this book has much to teach us about our fear of the Lord, how we approach Him and
0:50.0	our right response in the face of hardship.
0:54.0	Like other books we've covered in one day, we will move rapidly and hit the highlights
0:59.0	as we go.
1:00.0	And, we begin with a little context.
1:04.0	We don't know much about Habakkuk other than he was a bold and poetic prophet which we
1:09.4	will see as we walk through the book.
1:12.2	His prophecy focused on the coming judgment on Judah and his prayer that God would judge
1:18.7	Babylon for their part in it.
1:21.5	Here's debate when Habakkuk lived and actually prophesied, but the general consensus is
1:27.9	somewhere between 625 and 598 BC.
