Hello everybody and welcome back to Truth and Justice. I'm your host Bob Ruff and I'm going to come clean right up front.

I am exhausted. Mike and I will be back from Texas when you're hearing this episode.

But we're actually recording this on Friday the 13th before we leave.

In order to clear up our schedules to do all the work that we need to do in Texas next week, Mike and I have had to record and edit five podcasts this week.

In Needless to Say, that is not our typical recording schedule.

So with that being said, I'll warn you up front this episode will be a little bit shorter than normal.

We even considered skipping this week's episode. But the content that I want to cover today is essential and it is an integral follow up to last week's episode.

In today's episode, I plan to pile on to the destruction of the state's case against ed8s.

In further proof that there is no possible way that Ed could have killed El Nora.

Dr. James Booker. That is a name that has been a mystery to me for months.

In the few documents that I previously had from ISIS investigation, I found note where Tony Hariford was trying to track down Dr. Booker before the second trial.

The only information that I had on Dr. Booker was that he was supposed to be an expert witness in the second trial, but he never testified.

For the last couple of months, I've been doing research about Dr. Booker and I've even tried to track him down.

But as it turns out, Dr. Booker isn't practicing anymore and no one seemed to have new contact information for him.

Well, in the new open records request, I finally found out who James Booker is.

I had already discovered that Dr. Booker is a toxicologist and I couldn't figure out what use he could be in Ed's trial.
