In the first segment I'm going to discuss the Netflix docuseries making a murderer.

I've had hundreds of requests to discuss my opinion on Stephen Avery's case.

So today I'm going to take a few minutes and just give you the reader's digest version

of my opinion of the documentary in the case.

In the second segment of today's episode, we're going to break down the elements of the

crime that Kenny Snow was accused of committing.

I've started to get some of the documentation back from the Smith County authorities.

I don't have everything yet but I believe I have a remedy to that and we'll be discussing

it at the end of this episode.

But what I do have is enough information to give you the basic elements of the case.

I've gotten from the Smith County Sheriff's Department the witness statements from the

day of the crime.
