The process that I'm going through right now is an attempt to corroborate the basic timeline

of Kenny Snow's allegations.

So far I have not received any documentation from the FOIA request that I sent out mid-December.

I received a response from the parole board division telling me that I need to send my

request to another division in the Texas Department of Corrections and just yesterday

I received a response from the Tyler Police Department and their response to my FOIA

request they claimed that they have no documentation on Kenny Snow's case.

I have to continue digging into this a little bit further and I have the Texas Tech School

of Law working on this issue for me.

It seems very odd that a crime that was committed in Tyler Texas investigated by the Tyler Police
