Hello everyone and welcome back to Truth and Justice.

I'm your host Bob Ruff and I want to thank you all for downloading this episode.

In today's episode we want to continue to get a better understanding of the justice

system in the state of Texas.

Next week on the show we'll begin to break down the details and the corroboration of allegations

in the Kenny Snow case.

I want to keep you all up to date and where we're at with the investigation.

The process that I'm going through right now is an attempt to corroborate the basic timeline

of Kenny Snow's allegations.

So far I have not received any documentation from the FOIA request that I sent out mid-December.

I received a response from the parole board division telling me that I need to send my

request to another division in the Texas Department of Corrections and just yesterday

I received a response from the Tyler Police Department and their response to my FOIA

request they claimed that they have no documentation on Kenny Snow's case.

I have to continue digging into this a little bit further and I have the Texas Tech School

of Law working on this issue for me.

It seems very odd that a crime that was committed in Tyler Texas investigated by the Tyler Police

Department.
