It's good to stretch.

I don't know why stretching feels so good, but it does.

How's it going, everybody?

Yeah, you good, end of the year stuff, running around like crazy people.

Yeah, doing your tasks, doing your lists, making your lists and checking it twice.

I was, felt like I'd been given a gift and I will explain it to you quickly and concisely.

You know how I think one of the dangers of social media, one of the dangers of the internet

is that it's taking away, it takes away, we let it take away creativity.

It itself is just what it is, but I think I know for a fact that I'm feeling, I feel that

it does take away drains creativity from it because you learn to, you teach yourself

to rely too much on something else for ideas and things like that.

One of the biggest fears or obstacles I have mentally is doing the podcast and you're

like, you're thinking, oh, we're doing anything to talk about.

Is this interesting?

Do, will people like this?

And I don't know.

And then I'll go to the internet and try to come with ideas.

I've even gone to how to have a good podcast.
