Summary

There is nothing wrong with a New Year’s resolution, but in my life they have become unnecessary.

In truth, every moment of every day is a good moment to begin again and decide who you want to be + where you want to go + what is and isn’t working for you + what you would like to change.

We must remember that ANYTHING is possible and EVERYTHING is available and design our lives all year long.

Things can always be re shaped, re organized, recreated and improved as you decide so.

Your job: Believe.

And not that we won't have the vibe we've had in the podcast previously,

0:40.2

where my team shares snippets of trainings and of interviews and repurposes other things I've done.

It honestly comes pretty easily and naturally to me.

1:04.0

So that is the vibe I'm going to bring to the Anne She Rises podcast.

1:08.8

And I don't, or I haven't in a very, very long time, like a decade, had really any issues

1:14.8

comparing myself to other people.

1:16.9

I just don't want other people's approaches or takes or opinions or way of doing things

1:23.4

in my head or in my space too much.

1:26.4

And the people who I choose to look at their posts,

1:30.0

look at their stories, and be aware of what's going on in their life and in their careers,

1:34.4

it's done so intentionally. I really like how they show up. I really like how they do the things.

1:39.7

And it tends to be that the way they do it is very, very unique to them, and they're also the

1:45.6

kind of person that isn't just like trying to replicate all these other people. And that's what

1:50.1

just feels the best to me. So I'm saying all of this to say, not to say you can't follow

1:55.5

3,000 people if you want to, but I'm saying all of this to say that I don't know a lot of what of the noise that goes on
