Detective Mike Proctor (Ret.), is considered a pioneer in the investigation of stalking. Now he's sharing details from some of the hundreds of stalking cases he's investigated over his 33-year career. As a member of the Westminster Police Department located in Orange County, California, Detective Proctor (Ret.) began investigating stalking crimes in 1991 eventually developing a stalking protocol that's now utilized in both the United States and abroad. He was awarded "Detective of the Year" three times and has appeared on A&E, BBC America, America's Most Wanted, CNN, and Fox News.
