0:28.8	Tiffany here and today we come to Deuteronomy chapters 22 through 24.
0:34.6	I'm not going to sugarcoat it.
0:36.5	Today we are going to wrestle with some hard things in these chapters.
0:41.0	And if we aren't careful, we can find ourselves making excuses for sinful behavior or even
0:47.0	getting our feathers ruffled over current cultural issues.
0:50.9	We must approach these chapters with a great deal of humility and remind ourselves of
0:56.1	God's character.
0:58.0	We remember that he is our creator, he is holy, he is a God of order, he values life, and
1:05.8	everything he does is for our good and to bring us into a right relationship with him.
1:12.4	Everything he does points to Jesus and the grace and mercy are sinful hearts find at the
1:18.1	foot of the cross.
1:20.4	If any of the things we talk about today, bring up sins you've dealt with in the past
1:24.8	or are currently dealing with, know that there is grace and forgiveness.
1:30.0	If any of them describe family members or friends currently, pray for them, and always
1:35.1	speak gospel truth and kindness.
