0:28.8	Currently, she volunteers at the Flying Horse Foundation, helping provide equine

0:44.0	who Jim is the president of Focus on the Family, so you'll recognize that name, Jim Daly.
0:49.4	They have done all kinds of things together, like fostered kids, long term, short term. And they also have two sons. She's a lady who's involved in a lot of things and who just has a huge heart

1:03.2	Thank you for having me. Okay, Jean, so I'm getting to know you for the first time along with our
1:09.0	listeners. So we're going to start with you right at the beginning, which was in Orange County, California, where I am, where I was born and have lived pretty much my whole life.
1:20.6	So tell us about where you grew up, the kind of home you grew up in.
1:25.0	Was it a Christian home?
1:27.0	I was born into a family of eight.
1:32.9	I am the fifth of six kids, have three brothers, two sisters. We definitely were not the Brady
1:42.4	Bunch, though. People used to say we heard the Brady Bunch.
1:46.3	I was not raised in a Christian home.
1:49.5	We never went to church.
1:51.4	I don't remember religion or God being discussed.
