The homesteading movement has changed as of late. And what used to be, at least in my perception, kind of this innocent, fun, wholesome way to get back to our roots and bring people together and revive lost human skills has become a weird combination of playing dress up and political dog whistles.

today is about. If you're brand new to the movement, I love it, go for it, welcome. So this isn't like this, I'm not trying to be pessimistic or grouchy or like whatever. So please, if I come across like that, that's not my intent. But I think it's important to kind of break this down, or it's interesting at least. So just take what you want and leave the rest. Before we get into the good stuff, I did want to remind you. We still have old-fashioned on-purpose planners available. I know it's February-ish, but you'll still get a lot of use out of the planner. You don't have to be a homesteader to, you know, really, really find it useful. It's something I use multiple times a day. It's always out on my desk or my island. I take it with me everywhere. It just keeps my life on track, whether I am running the businesses or running the kids everywhere or doing old-fashioned things. So prairieplanter.com. I almost forgot the URL. Prairieplanter.com, go grab one while you can.
