So there is a lot of egg drama on the internet right now.

You've likely seen the reels and videos of people treating eggs like drug deals in parking lots,

which I think are hilarious.

But if you go to the grocery store and buy eggs, you will be shocked.

I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir here.

We're all talking about eggs.

They're high-priced, their shortages, there's the bird flu drama.

It's a hot topic of conversation, even among people who've never really thought about eggs before.

And I know that many of you listening might feel slightly, maybe a little smug, a little immune to the drama because we all have chickens and we generally don't have to worry much about egg shortages, especially this time of year rolling into spring.

Sometimes we have the opposite problem.

It's what do we do with all the eggs?

So today, just to celebrate all of the national egg drama, we're going to talk about eggs.

And I have a incredible author who penned a book and knows all about this.

In fact, the title of her book is too many Eggs, which I can't think of a better title.

And she knows her stuff from egg history to egg uses to recipes. We're going to just cover

the whole gamut of egg topics. So Mimi Smith-Divorak, welcome to the show. I am so excited for
