this vibration and how I'm learning about chakras and how they are associated.

And then it started to come together for me like, okay, all of these things can be a part

of my healing journey.

So journaling, my way of meditation, wearing gemstones and setting intentions, those things

were able to put me on a path that felt restorative and healing for me.
