Black women can have an eating disorder. Black women can also have disordered eating habits. The reality is many of us have eating habits that could be problematic. Emotional eating. Mindless eating. Inconsistent eating. Most of this is brought on by the unfortunate inherent stress of being a Black woman. Know that you are not alone. For this important conversation, Dr. Dom and Terri are joined by eating disorder expert, Dr. Tiffany Loggins. No matter your current eating habits, this conversation is for you.

Quote of the Day:
"I thought it was a white, rich, female, adolescent disorder."
-Karla Mosley
