You need to be aware of the scale of the type of thing that you're going to deal with, but you're certainly not optimizing for scale.

And most of that is because you've got to have low pride of authorship, because again, you're going to probably eight out of ten ideas.

You have to put them away.

The pride of authorship thing comes into play in kind of two components, right?

So there's the, hey, we're, we're exploring

right now. So we might totally be on a wild goose hunt. And so because of that, how much are you

going to invest in scale during that phase? Not much. And the other aspect of pride of authorship is

the way the skunk work model works is if something works, even if I love it, I've got to give it away because my job is
