So I'm doing a solo episode today because, well, I have things to say and I don't have

a guest and so I just thought I would chat with you one-on-one today, which I kind of

enjoy doing not every once in a while.

So today's topic, I'm really looking forward to it because it's been, something that's

been consuming my brain for the last couple of months.

I mentioned it over on my Instagram a couple of weeks ago and you guys really interested

You were asking for more information and I sent it out over the course of a couple of emails.

But sometimes with these topics, it's easier just to talk about them, kind of in a conversational

friend-of-friend sort of way.
