What we saw early on were people try to use things like Stripe to enable payments.

They would either charge too little or they would maybe charge too much.

In order to keep their agent running, the builder would have to go in and pay more, right?

So they weren't covering their

costs. Or alternatively, they had some vague sense of costs and they'd put in this price that

would effectively gouge at least the lower end of their consumption base and they saw a lot of

churn. And these builders, instead of trying to fix the issue, they'd just turn them off.

So it was like businesses going out of business.

They'd start up and then they'd fold overnight.

And we just thought this was stupid.
