0:07.0

redemption and we want to spend five minutes every day journeying through the Bible from start to finish, and exploring how all of it

0:16.8

points to Jesus. Hi friends and welcome back to a year in the Bible with Daily Grace. My name is

Shelby Turner. I'm one of your hosts for this podcast and today we are

1:19.0

1:27.7

I just love what that context brings to that verse.

1:31.8

He concludes his commission of the disciples with a very compelling

1:35.1

phrase. He says anyone who loses his life because of me will find it. Jesus's

1:41.0

way is upside down and following him doesn't always look the way that we think it will,

1:46.5

and we see this play out with John the Baptist in Chapter 11.
