| 0:00.0 | Welcome to a year in the Bible with Daily Grace. The Bible tells one big story of redemption, |
| 0:09.1 | and we want to spend five minutes every day journeying through the Bible from start to |
| 0:14.3 | finish and exploring how all of it points to Jesus. |
| 0:19.6 | Hey everybody, welcome back to a year in the Bible with Daily Grace. My name is Jenny, |
| 0:27.6 | and today we are talking about Joshua 19 through 21. |
| 0:32.0 | We are nearing the end of Joshua. Though Joshua is full of battles as the Israelites take |

| 1:32.1 | to be largely unruly. |
| 1:34.7 | The end of chapter 21 gives a beautiful picture of the Israelites resting in all that God |
| 1:39.7 | has given them. We all have an idea of this feeling. There is nothing better than resting |
| 1:47.0 | after a day of hard work. You might sit in a park or in your backyard as you peacefully |
| 1:52.8 | watch the sunset with someone you love, but either way, there is something special about |
| 1:58.4 | resting after a day of working hard. That is a very small idea of the rest the Israelites |
| 2:05.2 | receive here. After a long journey in the wilderness and many battles, God gave them rest on |
