chapters 40, 41, 41 and 42 in the last chapter we read about the fall of Jerusalem to

Babylon we read that King Nabakinezer instructed no harm to be done to

Jeremiah in chapter 40 Neser instructed no harm to be done to Jeremiah.

In chapter 40, Jeremiah is released.
