They run workshops, provide training as well as one to one coaching and emotional support to young people from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. Their work extends to pubic sector organisations as well as corporate businesses. They provide a range of workshops that include Addiction, Alcohol & Drug Misuse, Self-Esteem, Eating Disorders, Body Image, Self-Harm, Peer Pressure and Bullying. However they specialise in LGBTQIA+ awareness and gender diversity.
