But you know Sam had a very expensive condominium that he purchased in Albany.

I think he selected Albany because of the security and the privacy nature of it.

And the condominium that he was in was a large one.

It was a penthouse, probably 40-ish million dollar condominium.

Albany is a complex is probably 15 years old.

It's on the southwest side of the island of Nassau

in the Bahamas.

It has a beautiful port, deep port, that could fit, you know, mega yachts.

And they have built this beautiful combination of condominiums and standalone houses and

townhouses. And so it's its own enclosed resort community.

They have four or five restaurants, great bars,

a water park for children, a couple of golf courses, a great venue for the golf

clubhouse.
