episode 32 so we're actually Mike and I are in the studio this is the one

week out of this month that we're both together. But yeah so anyway we're

recording this actually on the 12th of March so we're way ahead of time and

we're really just trying to do some pre-planning so the day I'm recording

this you'll probably tell from some context we are two days after episode

one of the HBO documentary aired on a non-Scied case and two days before

that we got the ruling that a non-conviction is reinstated so I reached out to

our good friend Colin Miller from the Undisclosed podcast and asked him if he

would come on and talk a little bit about the docu-series and more importantly

give us a better legal breakdown of what happened with the ruling in a

non-case so without too much further ado we're gonna get right into our
