On today's episode, we have a college professor who was actually stalked by one of her students.

Most of the stories I read are about students victimizing other students or teachers

victimizing students rarely. Do I hear stories about students victimizing teachers?

You know, being an educator is tough enough right now, but I can only imagine looking back and

wondering if any of my former teachers have ever been stopped by one of their students.

Her story covered a lot of things I didn't expect.

And I don't know how it's possible for someone to not see eight years,

three states and a marriage leader is worth advances from a person you never knew.

I threatening, right? Like, we're threatened to love you, but not to hurt you.

And I find that really problematic. Um, I'm scared.

I'm Jamie BB. And I'm Jake Dettula. On today's episode of Strictly Stalking,

we're chatting with Cassandra, a university professor who was stalked by one of her students.

Well, attending one of her classes as a student became obsessed with Cassandra and attempted to

date her. She told him that she didn't want a personal or social relationship with him outside

of class, but then he found her office hours in class schedule online and showed up randomly to

see her. After she moved away to a new town, he followed her and continued to pursue her.

Now she's working to educate her students about the crime of stalking and wants to connect with

lawmakers to amend interstate stalking laws to protect future victims.
