This is Karen Hunter and welcome to the hub. Lessons learned from Cornelius Vanderbilt. Now I've talked about Cornelius the

0:16.5

Commodore Vanderbilt previous podcast as a very very wealthy man, one of the

0:21.2

wealthiest men in the history of America, who left all his money

0:24.4

to his kids, and over the last five or six decades they have managed to fritter it away.

1:24.0

And I talk a lot about money, not because I think

1:27.2

that it is the cure-all to everything that will solve problems.

1:30.3

Let me tell you, having money is a great thing.

1:33.6

Not having it can cause a lot of pain.

1:36.0

As a matter of fact, most divorces happen

1:38.0

because of arguments over lack of money.
