This is Karen Hunter and welcome to the hub. So how do you do you confront racist? I was having a conversation with Dante

Nero a relationship expert comedian on my show and he was telling me as a

comedian you know you you see racist they come to your show, they heckle you.

You know, he was giving me some scenarios about the time he was in a bar recently and, you know, this Irish guy said,

well, hey, you know, the Irish or the niggers of the Europeans.

And he was like, what?

You know, who says that?

And he said, you know, it's funny, like, that guy said it and he didn't think he was

a racist, you know, because the way in which he used nigger, he was, you know think he was a racist you know because the way in which he used

nigger he was you know he was thought he was relating to me and he said there's some

people that don't use nigger and they think that they're not racist

because they don't use nigger but then they say other things like the Italian guy that was in the bar and he was drinking he was like yeah you know I'm soussouia and I'm half black you know the bottom half ha ha ha ha and then he said it was escalating from there and he was like the next guy and he's like you know black people have

racism spidey senses and he said I knew it was going to get increasingly worse

where I wanted to knock somebody out so I was like okay you know what I'm just gonna pay

my tab and I'm out and the guy was like wait wait a minute Dante, I want to ask you a question,

your comedian was like, nope, I'm not entertaining your question,

I'm out of here.

And he said, the way I deal with racist,

because I asked him, I was like, so what, how do we combat this?

You know, every day there seems to be some instance of racism.

Police brutality does put that over here. That's another podcast for another day because, you know, we're

going to talk about that as relates to what we need to do but
