You know, truthfully, I've never been poor.

Thank God.

But I've been around it.

You know, I joke about visiting Augusta, Georgia as a kid in the summer and I had cousins who were on public assistance and I remember being so excited to go with them because they would get the government

lunch.

Government cheese?

No, it wasn't just the cheese.

It was a whole sandwich and stuff and the hamburgers, everything and it was delicious.

So I would pretend, you know, I I'm getting line because you had to have

your little ticket or whatever and I was so excited to be staying out of line and

then we come back and you know and they lived in the projects and I would hang out and I would spend most of my summers in the project and I loved it.

I love it because I didn't know I was a kid and I remember somebody used to babysit me and they you know they would give us mannaise sandwiches.

I didn't know that that was I love mayonnaise sandwiches. I didn't know that that was, I love mayonnaise sandwiches.

I didn't.

So I'm a little ignorant, but also, you know,

kids don't know.

But adults deal with it every day.
