Jason Wilson author of Cry Like a Man broke it down for

Loree favors and I won Wednesday afternoon. It was an amazing interview.

I wish I had him in the studio but I didn't need him in the studio because this

brother laid down the pathway for so many men to free themselves emotionally, physically, and other ways.

He said, the worst thing a woman can do is to deny a man his emotions.

And he talked about not just being a man and crying but also

telling his wife when he's afraid also talking about what it means to have a

healthy relationship with a woman, showing affection.

It was, I think, liberating for so many people who listened,

and I hope that it's liberating for somebody out there.
