Chef's kiss to to the recipe but his showmanship, his marketing, brought you in and it was the first time many of us saw a black man, you know, on television with his own brand that we could invest in and eat some delicious cookies so I'm imagining cookies and milk is an is an homage to wildly famous Amos.
