Ukraine. We have the cognitive dissonance of some politicians on the right and some right-wing media figures being on the side of the Russian invaders.

We have climate change and the dread and despair that often goes with it.

And there's COVID, which has caused psychological damage to all of us in a pandemic that is not over.

And it's all happening in an era of instant ubiquitous media that exists without any kind

of standards or ethics. That's so much to deal with you guys. Instant unfiltered access to a

chaotic and terrifying world.

But you have to deal with it in some way.

I have to.
