This is Tiffany, and I am here today for episode number 19 of Raise Your Hand Say Yes.

I'm so excited to be talking with Flora Bowley

today. Flora is an artist. She's a painter, but she also is a former yoga instructor who brings

a lot of like really beautiful life philosophies into her painting. And she's a teacher and she is just such a wonderful, lovely person. Flora, welcome.

played a really big part in one of my raise your hand say yes moments, which was when we

opened Tea House, however many years ago, she was our first instructor that we had signed up
