And this week I'm super excited to be talking with Flora Bowley.

Flora is a painter and an artist and one of my favorite creatives. If you have been listening to the podcast a long

time, then you might remember her. She was one of my early, early, early guests. We talked about

the idea of letting go, letting go of things that are no longer serving you, letting go of

And Floor actually talked about the process she went through of, like, changing her name,

which was super fun to talk to, talk about.

And I wanted to have her back on because she has a new book out called Creative Revolution.

But beyond that, I think that creativity gets talked about in these very, like, lovely, gentle terms. And to think about

creativity as a revolution, as a way to revolutionize things, felt really different and really
