So Ryan, what I'd like to talk about today is obstacle course racing.

It's something that seems to be gaining popularity,

but I'm not sure how many people really know what obstacle course racing is.

We know what five Ks are, long distance running, trail running.

But could you tell us a little bit about what obstacle course racing is?

Yeah, sure. I mean, it's the most race that I do most are like the Spartan races

and basically you're outside on trails and running around.

But instead of just running or hiking up and down mountains,

there's obstacles every, you know, a couple of hundred meters space down

that could be a rope climb, it could be a cargo net, it could be sometimes make you pick
