Wow. What's, what's up you guys? I am, I feel really weird right now. I don't feel

weird. I feel like I'm snapping back into action, but I also feel a little weird. Um,

mostly because I feel like I'm, I ghosted you guys and I'm coming back off of like a big weird. Um, mostly because I feel like I'm, I ghosted you guys and I'm coming back

off of like a big breakup. Um, like, hey, I ghosted you at dinner, but like, do you want to hang out again?

That's how I feel that I am coming at you right now. Now, most of you who listen are probably

really excited to hear from me.

And honestly, thank you. Because when I stopped podcasting, the amount of people that actually

reached out and were like, Des, I need a new episode. I was kind of like, oh, really? Like, you miss me?

And even just I'm like 30 seconds in and already doing this episode I'm like

damn I miss this I I love to yap if there's one thing about me I love to fucking talk

and even now I'm like where have I been talking quote lately and I'm like I guess I've

talked a little bit more on my personal account like maybe chat like talking videos and stuff

I don't know I haven't I got a lot on chest. Let me tell you that because we haven't,

we haven't had an episode in so long. So hi. If you've never listened and this is your gateway,

this is my podcast. I've done it since April of 2020. And I just took the longest hiatus that I ever have of the podcast. I went

almost, I went five years nonstop, okay? Um, besides a few weeks maybe here and there. Okay. I got three

kids. I'm going to, you know, I'm going to miss a few episodes. God forbid. I will give you a little

disclaimer right now that we are renovating our laundry

room. And by we, I mean, I'm not. And neither is my husband. Okay, we have a contractor in. His name's

Tom. He is one of the kindest men I've ever known. He actually is the dad of someone that I went to

school with, who I think was my first kiss actually back in like kindergarten or like, kindergarten or something. Like, you know, technical, right? Like, technicalities, but you get it. So kind of funny, full circle. I'm like, hey, Tom, what's good? I think I've kissed your son before. If you hear anything in the background, I'll try to edit out what I can, but also welcome to being in my fucking house.

Like, sorry, I don't have a studio. Okay. So I missed you guys. And I actually, I did make some notes this time. So if you see me looking down, you'll understand why. We have a lot to talk about. I have a lot that I want to update you guys on. So, holy shit, like, where do I even start? Oh my God.
