| 0:42.0 | Russia is no longer participating in the Star Treaty, limiting the number of warheads. |
| 0:48.0 | However, the nature of warheads changes from something called a tactical nuke to something called a regional nuke to something called a strategic nuke. |
| 0:58.0 | All of these classifications are critical now that the leadership in Kremlin is no longer understood to be as stable as it was before the events of these last days dealing with a private army. |
| 1:11.0 | That private army headed by a man named Pregozin is now or will soon be based in Belarus, a different country than Russia, led by a dictator named Lukashenko. |
| 1:23.0 | You will recall in these last days news from Moscow is that the Kremlin has decided that Russia will deploy some of its tactical nuclear weapons to Belarus. |
| 1:38.0 | That deployment may or may not be confirmed, but that was the announcement. |
| 1:42.0 | So right now what we have is a combination of a private army, a man who has been declared a traitor by Vladimir Putin, Pregozin, in a country that is not stable, led by a dictator, his own people have been suppressed the last three years since the troubled and corrupt election of 2023. |
| 2:04.0 | All of this on the border of NATO, Poland is there, Lithuania is there, and within two weeks all the leaders of NATO will be gathering in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, on the Belarusian border. |
| 2:18.0 | Peter, a very good evening to you, I've laid out a map that is not believable except here it is. The map is there are nukes somewhere in the same country as a private army is taking up its defensive positions headed by a man who may or may not be doomed. |
| 2:34.0 | All opposing Moscow and this country is led by a man who we have reason to believe works entirely at the behest of Vladimir Putin. |
| 2:44.0 | What about those tactical nuclear weapons? How easy or how hard is it for a private army to employ them in some fashion? Good evening to you Peter. |
| 2:54.0 | Good evening John, the tactical nuclear weapons could be cruise missiles, they could be short range missiles, they could be artillery, they could be gravity bombs as you put in an airplane. |
| 3:04.0 | The thing is that they are relatively small and I say relatively, they have about a total of 47 storage facilities in Russia, 12 are considered national storage facilities for the big strategic stuff and then 35 storage facilities where you sometimes have bombs, you sometimes have delivery vehicles, sometimes they are co-located at a base, but they are often not put together yet so you would have to assemble them. |
| 3:32.0 | The problem is you can move these things, you may see some activity on a base but you may not know if it is inside a truck or however they would move them. |
| 3:42.0 | Some of the things are relatively small so that you may not see where they are going. Now Lavrov said he is the foreign minister of Russia, said that Russia is the sole authority of these weapons that are shipped to bailar us and the question is okay. |
