| 1:24.0 | including Syria, including Ukraine, and especially in the Central African Republic, sometimes |
| 1:29.2 | in conjunction with the government forces and sometimes just on their own. The reports |
| 1:35.8 | and evidence of these atrocities are mounting. The UN came out with a report just last month |
| 1:43.1 | that showed that in the Mali in town of Maura, Vagna forces directly participated in the |
| 1:50.7 | systematic killing of 500 innocent people over four days, including women and children. |
| 1:58.3 | Progozin as the longtime founder of that group and leader of it, |
| 2:02.7 | under international laws responsible for every single one of those crimes |
| 2:05.7 | under the international law doctrine of command and responsibility. Now, the reason that he's been able to |
