where Mr. Putin and Mr. Trump may appear together on the stage in Istanbul. This is a meeting

that we know Secretary of State Rubio will be attending. And that means Sergei Lavrov will be there. It's hosted by the strong

man and president of Turkey, Mr. Erdogan. All of this drama comes around to is the war winding down.

Is there on the horizon not only a ceasefire, but a deal. However, we have to pay attention to the future.

There will be a day after. And oil has been the weapon that Russia has used these years against

its European neighbors. Is oil in the future going to return to what it was before?

Will it be the same balancing act around the world?

What about the price of Brent crude,

which is how Eurasia keeps score?

It keeps going down.

What does that mean about next year and the year after?
