This is CBSI in the world. I'm John Batser speaking with Andrea Stryker of the Foundation

for the Defensive Democracies about weapons of mass destruction. Andrea is Deputy Director

of the Non-Proliferation and Bio-Defense Program at the Foundation for the Defensive

Democracies and meeting is the important organization for the Prevention of Chemical

Weapons, which is an aspect of the chemical weapons convention I read from Andrea's

reporting. Meeting right now about Russia in violation, Russia, Syria, Cuba, the axis

of bad acting. And we know certain facts about Russian chemical weapons. We know that

Sergei Skripal and his daughter were attacked by a nerve agent, Novichok. The strong suspicion

by the British authorities is that they were Russian agents carrying out that attack.

Navalny recover. We know that it was used in the attack on him as he was flying over

Siberia. So two instances confirmed this, in despite the fact that Russia joined the
