The big enthusiastic moment is Turkey lifting its veto on Sweden, joining NATO.

Members Sweden used to be neutral for a very long time.

So this veto is now lifted and we see what the Americans will offer present earlier on in return.

That's the first thing. That's the enthusiasm. The alliance is enlarged and they can focus on the Arctic.
