so I decided to create a run club for the podcast world. Each week,

I'll be joined by a special guest to discuss all things running. Some of those guests include

the Sahara Desert, six marathons in five days, and I didn't think I could do it.

The music comes on in the stadium. The gun goes about 20 odd seconds to put the gas down on the

floor and get to the finish line as fast as possible. Running's good for the soul, and I have learned

how to be comfortable with who I am.

It's just a nice reminder that anything you set your mind to you can achieve

and the provenance of that commitment can take you anywhere.
